Booking Policies & FAQ

Is there a booking reservation fee?

To secure your spot, a reservation fee of AED 20 applies. This guarantees your appointment and helps us give every client the attentive, personalized experience they deserve.

What is the cancellation & rescheduling policy?

To ensure we provide the best experience for all our clients, cancellations or rescheduling can only be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. Just check your booking confirmation email for the link on how to reschedule or cancel your booking. If done within this window, your reservation fee can be refunded properly.

This allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and give other ladies the opportunity to book.

What are payment options that you accept?

Booking online is simple and convenient. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, so securing your appointment is fast, easy, and stress-free.

What happens if I don't show up to my booking?

Heads up! Your AED 20 reservation fee is non-refundable if you miss your appointment. This ensures we can offer every client the care and attention they deserve.
